Welcome to the Department of Mathematics website. We provide teaching in a number of areas at undergraduate and postgraduate level and carry out research.

Subjects that we teach and research include:

There are many postgraduate research opportunities available within a rich research environment, and our graduates can easily find work in the financial sector, civil service and teaching as well as in computer science and programming.
